Creation of an initial company specific computerized training matrix that outlines the training required by employee with expiration dates.

Will create and maintain a safety file for customer with all required safety information. Will report any missing required information to the customer and assist in completion and filing.

Audit Representation

Will participate in the audit process that our customers have to complete for their clients as requested.

Incident Investigation Review

Will review all accident/near miss reports provided by the customer, with recommendations for corrective actions

Safety Topics

Will provide various safety topics to the customer for use in safety meetings

Management Meeting

Will meet at least monthly with customer mangement to review overall program and establish future goals.
